刘 冰    博士,教授
刘冰,1979年1月生,博士,中国科学院自动化研究所研究员,博士生导师。2007年于中科院自动化研究所获得博士学位,之后留所工作,任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。获得奖项及荣誉称号包括:中科院卢嘉锡青年人才奖(2015)、中科院青年创新促进会优秀会员(2015)、中科院卓越青年科学家(2014)、北京市科技进步三等奖(2014)、北京市科技新星(2010)等。作为课题负责人承担973子课题2项,国家自然科学基金项目2项,以及包括中科院卓越青年科学家项目在内的人才类项目3项。
主要研究方向及内容

1、面向脑疾病的影像基因组学研究
精神分裂症、抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病等重大脑疾病的诊断依靠医生根据症状的主观判断,缺乏客观定量的临床可用生物标记。我们基于基因组、转录组、脑网络组、表型组等不同组学数据,利用多水平信息融合的方法和影像基因组学研究策略,试图建立基因-脑网络-行为之间的联系,以期为解析神经精神疾病的遗传与神经机制提供科学依据,为疾病的精准诊疗提供客观定量的生物学标记。

2、脑图谱与脑连接的遗传机制研究
遗传与环境共同影响了脑的功能亚区形成和脑连接的组织模式。我们通过双生子模型、基于全基因组信息的估计、基于转录组的基因表达分析等方法,结合多模态脑影像技术,从基于遗传信息的脑区划分、脑连接与遗传相关及基因共表达的关系等多个角度,探寻脑功能亚区和脑连接的遗传机制,进而发现脑疾病发生发展过程中的变化规律。
